Tobey Schultz, DO
About Tobey Schultz
Dr. Tobey Schultz is a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO), certified by the American Academy of Family Physicians (AAFP). Osteopathic physicians focus on prevention, tuning into how a patient’s lifestyle and environment can impact their well-being. DOs strive to help you be truly healthy in mind, body, and spirit—not just free of symptoms.
Dr. Tobey Schultz was born in Tennessee and grew up in Sugar Land, Texas.
She has wanted to be a doctor since childhood. “My pediatrician was always funny, and I thought it must be fun to be a doctor,” she says. “I also love science and talking to people, so I put them together and thought that being a physician sounded great.”
Dr. Schultz is inspired by helping entire families obtain optimal health and enjoys the variety of being a primary care physician. However, when it comes to serving the needs of her patients, she says, “I remember that the patient might be having a terrible day when they come to get help from me in my practice. So I want to make them feel welcomed and cared for, and even better if I can make them smile.”
In her free time, Dr. Schultz enjoys cuddling with Mcat, her cat, and Zosyn, her dog. She also likes to paddleboard, ski, camp, garden, woodwork, and spend time with her family.
