Susan Puckett, PA-C - Otolaryngology & Internal Medicine

Susan Puckett is originally from Abilene, Texas and has lived in Florida, Washington State, and New Mexico. She moved to the Boulder area in 1997. Susan is married and has two children. She enjoys snow skiing, scuba diving, reading and cooking. Susan is involved in the precept of Physician Assistant students from CU as well as high school and college students interested in health care careers.

MEDICAL TRAINING

Susan received her Bachelor of Science from Texas Christian University and her Bachelor of Medical Science from St. Louis University. She performs multiple ENT and Dermatology procedures. She also enjoys general internal medicine and health maintenance issues.

PROFESSIOANL AFFILIATIONS

Susan is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants and the Academy of Otolaryngology Physician Assistants. She is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA).

For an appointment with Susan with Dr. Grady in Internal Medicine, please call 303-440-3216. Susan may be reached in Internal Medicine with Dr. Zacharias by calling 303-440-3057. Boulder Medical Center’s office hours 8:30 am to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. However, specific office hours for Physician Assistants may vary.
