Alison Merser, PA-C - Internal Medicine

Alison Merser relocated to Colorado from the coast of Maine in 1993. She is an avid outdoor enthusiast who enjoys backpacking, cycling, hiking, sailing and telemark skiing.

MEDICAL TRAINING AND SPECIALTY

In 1994, Ms. Merser received her B.A. in Sociology and Women’s Studies from the University of Colorado, Boulder. She is a graduate of the University of Utah, where she obtained her Master’s in Physician Assistant Studies in 2002. Alison is the recipient of the Robert M. Alston Commitment to Excellence award.

Prior to joining Internal Medicine, Alison was a Physician Assistant in Boulder Medical Center’s Family Practice Department for five years. For six years before becoming a Physician Assistant, Alison worked in women’s health care and emergency medicine.

Ms. Merser is a member of the Colorado Academy of Physician Assistants and the American Academy of Physician Assistants.
